Return & Refund Policy

Return window 30 days from delivery. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

1. Overview

At My Climate Supply, we stand behind our products. This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through www.myclimatesupply.com.

2. Important: Inspect Your Delivery Before Signing

⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED: For all freight and LTL shipments, you must inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage, write it clearly on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading before the driver leaves. Accepting delivery without noting visible damage may affect your ability to file a claim.

For concealed damage discovered after the driver has left, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

4. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Damage or defect was reported within 7 days of delivery
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included

Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

5. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items.

6. Return Shipping and Fees

Defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label. Ship the item within 7 days of return approval.

Non-defective returns (change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges for the same item will not incur a restocking fee.

7. Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval
  • You may request a replacement instead of a refund
  • Replacement items ship once the returned item is received and approved

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Damage reported after 7 days of delivery, or returns initiated after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Items that have been installed (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible - you must follow the return process above
